Part 1: From ground to standing: simplifying exercise regressions and progressions by understanding the relationship between the centre of mass and base of support as well as how to systematically apply and remove constraints
Part 2: Slow stuff: strength training and positional drills
Part 3: Ballistic exercises and plyos
Part 4: Head to nearest pub for beers
